Numerous tasks need to be performed before a wind turbine can actually be hooked up to the grid and each and every task requires both experience and specialist expertise. XERVON Wind is there at your side right from the very start. We provide you with the support you need during the different project phases to ensure everything runs smoothly – helping you to implement your plans so your wind turbines are successfully installed and commissioned.
Simply select the onshore and/or offshore services you require from our wide-ranging portfolio. These can be mixed and matched to meet your precise requirements – from us delivering individual tasks all the way through to providing the full range of services needed. These include, among others:
Planning and managing the project
Setting up and managing the construction site
Coordinating delivery times, transport and logistics
Supplying the lifting equipment
Installing all parts of the wind turbine from the foundations upwards
Assembling components in the harbour (pre-commissioning)
Installing mechanical and electrical components/systems
Carrying out cold commissioning works
Providing support with commissioning and documentation
Are you planning a repowering? Then we can work together before you actually start building your new wind farm. XERVON Wind also organises the removal and dismantling of your old wind turbines and ensures they are recycled. Being part of the REMONDIS Group, we have direct access to tried and tested facilities able to recycle decommissioned equipment from the wind energy sector. The blades, for example, are transformed into fuel for the cement industry and the concrete from the foundations and tower is used to make mineral building supplies.
Increasing recycling rates is good for the environment and lowers waste management costs at the same time. Find out what’s possible here.
